Nursery and daycare for babies and young children
Our nurseries welcome young children in spaces designed for their comfort, safety and development. From the first familiarisation period to daily routines, we pay close attention to each child’s emotional security, rhythm and individual needs.
Children are encouraged to discover, move, play, communicate and become more autonomous step by step. Inspired by respectful educational approaches such as Pikler and Montessori, our teams support children without rushing them, while offering a secure and stimulating environment.
The goal is simple: helping each child feel safe enough to explore, learn and enjoy their day.
After-school care and foyer de jour for school-age children
Children can share meals, take part in activities, enjoy time with friends and continue developing their autonomy in a safe setting.
Our teams support children according to their age, their needs and their daily rhythm. The foyer is not only a practical solution for parents. It is also a living space where children can relax, express themselves and grow with others.
Services may vary depending on the structure, school organisation and availability. Our Parents Relations team will help you understand which solution best fits your family.
A welcoming entry point for international families
Moving to Luxembourg or settling into a new family routine can raise many questions. How does childcare work? What is a crèche? What is a foyer de jour? How does the CSA childcare voucher work? Which structure should I choose?
This English page has been created to make the first step easier for international and English-speaking families. You can complete the pre-registration form in English, explain your needs and let our team guide you through the next steps.
Luxembourg is a multilingual country, and children often grow up hearing several languages in their daily environment. At Les P’tits Bouchons, we value this openness and support families with a clear, simple and reassuring pre-registration process.
Strengthening English communication within our teams
To better support international families, Les P’tits Bouchons has recently launched English language training within the company with Prolingua.
This initiative reflects our commitment to improving communication with English-speaking parents and to making the childcare journey clearer, easier and more reassuring for families.

Childcare Service Voucher - CSA in Luxembourg

In Luxembourg, many families can benefit from the Chèque-Service Accueil, also known as the Childcare Service Voucher or CSA. This system can reduce the cost of childcare depending on the family situation and eligibility.
Resident families usually apply through their commune. Non-resident parents working in Luxembourg may apply through the Caisse pour l’avenir des enfants, also known as CAE.
The exact amount depends on several criteria, including income, family situation, number of children and the requested childcare hours. Our team can help you understand the general process, but the official eligibility and calculation are handled by the competent public authorities.
